Information we collect

When you join the NOVUFORM early list, we collect the email address you submit.

Our waitlist system also stores limited operational information associated with that signup:

• a generated record identifier
• date and time the signup was created
• signup source
• date and time of consent

We do not intentionally collect through this waitlist:

• your name
• phone number
• physical address
• location
• device fingerprint
• advertising identifiers

Why we collect it

We use the information to:

• maintain the NOVUFORM early-access list
• send selected NOVUFORM development, launch or availability updates in the future
• manage requests relating to the early list

How the information is stored

Early-list information is stored using NOVUFORM's website infrastructure and its managed cloud database.

Access is restricted to NOVUFORM. The list is not publicly accessible and cannot be read from the website by visitors.

Sharing

NOVUFORM does not sell the waitlist email addresses.

Information may be processed by service providers used to operate the website and database infrastructure, where necessary to provide the service.

Retention

We retain early-list information while it is relevant to NOVUFORM's pre-launch and communication activities, unless you ask us to remove it earlier.

Your choices

You may withdraw from the early list or request deletion of your email address by contacting info@novuform.co.

An automated unsubscribe center is not currently available. When outbound NOVUFORM email campaigns are activated, those messages will include an unsubscribe mechanism.
